Ideas are easy to offer; but among many ideas, great
ideas are very few in numbers. Then to execute those great ideas it is not
only very tough, but also is an act of impossibility. Our web team has made
that impossible task of making one personal web site of our hall into a
reality, within a very short period. It has been a tiring and very much
time consuming effort. But ultimately they have done it, and so we have
something to take pride of. With the effort of our web team, we have some thing to
show as of our hall activities, we have something to make others to visualize the
functionaries of B C Roy, and to make others convinced to follow our path. This
is an unique phenomenal happening and this is the first ever personal web
site of a hall launched in IIT Kharagpur. We are sure that many will follow
our path.
The main idea behind this
website is to smoothen the mess activities of our hall. The card making and
the evaluation will be done online. Lots of man-hours will be
saved. One bird eye-view wouldn't let our web team to stop at that point.
They have gone far beyond that. Ultimately, we are very much fortunate to
have person like Partha, Swasti, Himadri, Anup, Kallol, Anirban and many
others, whose untiring effort rendered us with the ultimate range of
information in the different directions from our own web site.
There may be some minor mistakes. We hope that people
will provide their valuable comments, so that we can make the system
full-proof.
Finally, we, the BCRites, are the proud recipient of such an excellent,
informative web site which is at its best.
