The administration activity of the hall is run by an independent council formed by the hall boarders. It is an eleven member team and headed by the Hall President. The council member are chosen by an annual election process. The council members meet fortnightly and discuss about the daily activities of the hall and associated problems. The decision making process is perfectly democratic in the Hall Council Meet. In case of critical controversy, a general body meeting is arranged to solve the issue.
