The B C Roy Hall of Residence, situated closest to the Institute academic area, has the advantage of prime view to visitors. The hall maintains a huge area as its garden on the front of the hall. If you happen to visit the institute in winter, you are bound to be attracted by the color and flowers that the garden boasts of. The hall spends substantial amount of its budget on preparation and maintenance of the garden. A wide variety of seasonal flowers bask in the sun through out the winter season.

The institution encourages such activities from the hall as its effort to encourage the beautification of its campus. They organize gardening competition every year, and B C Roy Hall of Residence takes away one prize every year.
